Practicing With One of the Big Ones

I am meeting one of the my Asthanga heros this weekend. (Instead of Distortion) I’m atending a weekend workshop with David Swenson – one of the biggest hot shot Asthanga senior teachers. It’s going to be a weekend of 9-5 full Primary Series, floating, inverting and backbending - in the Opera.

Need I worry? Please, may I try my Mayurasana with both arms first, Mr. Swenson?
